The primary bathroom in this unit features a bathtub. Dedicated Workspace: A designated desk area is available for remote work or planning your daily excursions. Modern Kitchen: The heart of the home, this spacious kitchen serves as the primary gathering space. It is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, white countertops, and a peninsula with bar stools. In-Unit Laundry: A stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located within the apartment for your use. Family-Friendly Amenities: A Pack 'n Play crib is available for your little one. A public park is located directly across the street, perfect for children to play. Additionally please note three other important items: 1) To maximize bedroom space, this apartment is intentionally designed without a traditional living room. The large, modern kitchen is the central social hub for guests to gather. 2) There is no reserved parking available and guests can park on the street near the apartment. I usually park on 9th St and am always able to find a spot within 1-2 blocks of the apartment building. 3) The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a walkup building (no elevator), so elderly guests or guests with disabilities may have a hard time accessing the apartment.

Note: No gatherings of any size are permitted, as we don't want to disturb our long-term tenants. And no smoking of any kind is permitted within the building.
