Recomiendo! El apartamento es muy cómodo y la zona tranquila.
El hecho de que tenga 2 baños es increíble.
Está cerca de una parada de camión que te deja en el tren que te lleva a Manhattan, o puedes caminar directamente al tren (17 minutos aprox).

Great stay! Close to the city and easily accessible to everything. It was the perfect long weekend for our family. The host was very responsive and all the instructions were clear and easy to understand. I would stay here again.

Great stay w our family. Nice 3 bedroom location within close proximity to restaurants
and short 15 min walk to subways. We stayed here while visiting New York. Beds a little firm, no living room but just what we needed. Host was very responsive.

Un appartamento ben organizzato e confortevole, non manca nulla per sentirsi comodi come a casa. Il bagno é fornito di ottimi prodotti e gli asciugamani sono morbidi e puliti.
I letti sono comodissimi.
La posizione non è male ma va considerata una bella passeggiata o un Uber (arriva in pochi minuti) per il Path.
Tom é davvero preciso e risponde prontamente.

Lovely immaculately clean apartment just like the photos!
Local pizza place, coffee shops and 20min walk to Grove street station.
Tom responded quickly to all my questions.
Stayed here as our base for New York sightseeing about 40 mins on the Path train to get into the city.

Would totally stay again. Super cute neighbor and great places to eat and visit! You can see the Statue of Liberty from the water just a short walk from apartment. Tom was super responsive. Thank you for a great stay. Hope to be back next year.

The place was a described. Close to public transportation and coffee shop and restaurant. The apt is clean with three big bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and comes with washer and drier. The Apt does not have a living room, so if you need a place to “hang out” it is not ideal. In addition, it was not a problem for us, but it is on the 3rd floor with steep stairs. Lastly..it needs to be noted that there is freight train noise that could be loud and if you are sensitive to noise can be hard to sleep.

Tom was a truly fantastic host! He was incredibly communicative, responsive, and very understanding of our travel plans.
The location is great! It’s an ideal spot for those looking to explore Jersey City, but also a good home base for exploring Manhattan. The neighborhood is safe, with great restaurants and cafés nearby. It was just a pleasant walk to the Grove Street PATH station, which made getting into the city incredibly fast and easy.
The apartment itself was immaculate and very clean, with comfortable beds—which was exactly what we needed after walking all day.
As a few other reviews mentioned, the apartment is on the 3rd floor, so be aware of the stairs if you have heavy luggage. We also noticed the walls are a bit thin and you can feel a slight shake from heavy vehicles. Honestly, these were very minor points. Everybody we met, including a friendly neighbor, was incredibly kind.
We had a wonderful stay and would 100% recommend Tom's place.
